Whats this product called and where can i get it?

My boyfriends in his early thirthies and he can grow a beard, but if he want to grow out a goatte he cant because theirs a small are next to his lip that wont grow hair... but i saw this stuff along time ago on the Home Shopping Network that was like a cream, and its supposed to make your facial hair grow... like for when you have short eyelashes, or accidentaly wax off piece of your eyebrow... does anyone know what i'm talking about, or anything that can help.
