well, honey i can go on and on and on about wt to wear, but let me start by saying that u must must must check out clothes online from popular brands like gap, next, riverisland etc. U can have idea wt's in for ur age group.
Now let me tell u wt could be good change....hmmm why dont u add some details about ur phsyique and height , etc so i can give u best and precise ideas.

Ok first sorry to ans u that late, my internet broke down.
I think first u should change colours of ur wardrobe b4 u change style. i.e go for entirely diff colours then u r used to. If u always wore light colours then go for bright colours, and vice versa.
Make sure ur wardrobe has more dresses or say frocks/skirts then trousers.
For cooler days u can have leggings with them which r soooooooooo IN now adays.
Make sure u wear tops/dresses which are figure hugging, elegant, pinks,mauve,peach,fawn,petal green,light green,sky blue,classic white as well as black. use frills, georgettes, light flowy fabrics.
